Key Review Excerpts

Stacy is by far one of the most caring and hardworking CNA in the building. She took such great care of my grandmother . I knew she was safe and taken care of when Stacy was her tech.

My mom who has Alzheimer's was there for an entire year of horrendous issue's. Was never bathed, I came in one time and she was sitting in a chair that they put a towel on. I asked why and was told because her depends overflowed and instead of changing her they just stuck her in a chair.

Memory care family member · 2021★★☆☆☆

I arrived here in September, I was nervous and embarrassed because I was unable to stand and go to the restroom. The staff was awesome, they made me feel better about my situation.

8 complaint-triggered

Families have filed multiple complaints against this facility, with 8 complaint-triggered deficiencies found during inspections.
