My family has been begging this Jacob who apparently runs the hell hole of a facility to get our grandfather urgent medical treatment. They have ignored his care for days. Not providing his diabetes medication, pain medication and antibiotics, not bathing him, not moving him.

Walked in finding him on the freakin floor, he lost so much weight he was skin and bones, constantly got C-Dif, got SCABIES that went untreated for months, horrible bed soars down the bone, the list goes on!
