What this means for your family

This facility is an excellent choice for physical rehabilitation and wound care due to their highly rated therapy teams and great food. However, you must closely monitor your loved one's responsiveness to call lights and pain medication, as recent reviews indicate significant issues with understaffing and inconsistent care during certain shifts.

Key Review Excerpts

My 87 your old mother underwent a 9.5 hour surgery to remove her bladder and do a hysterectomy due to squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder. The hospital was rushing us out the door even though my mother was making very good strides in her recovery. It was just too soon, so I chose this guild nursing facility with absolute fear in my heart and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made for my mother‘s ongoing care

Post-surgery family member · 2026★★★★★

The facility looks nice, however our family member suffered a lot. He required feeding but that didn’t seem to happen as he came home 10 pounds lighter (was thin already); none of the staff spoke to him when they came in to attend to him that I observed.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

My mom would ring the nurses alarm because she was in pain and it would take them close to an hour for someone to check on her … Food they served was really good …the room she stayed in was nice …Therapy received was decent for being understaffed
